1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how MITPO collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our website, join our waitlist, use the demo, create an account, or use MITPO products and services.

This version is intended for MITPO users and customers in the United States and Australia.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information created through your use of the service, and limited technical information needed to secure and operate the platform.

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, login identifiers, and profile details.
  • Workspace information, such as brand profiles, campaign inputs, prompts, uploaded files, research artifacts, competitor URLs, and generated outputs.
  • Demo, waitlist, and anti-abuse information, such as form submissions, CAPTCHA checks, browser and device signals, and rate-limit metadata.
  • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, logs, timestamps, and product interaction events.
  • Billing and subscription information from payment processors, where applicable. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.
  • Support and communication records, such as onboarding responses, support messages, and product feedback.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to provide the service, keep the platform secure, communicate with you, and improve product quality in a measured way.

  • Create and manage accounts, workspaces, subscriptions, and access controls.
  • Run MITPO features, including AI-assisted research, strategy, campaign generation, and automation workflows.
  • Detect spam, fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, and security incidents.
  • Operate the demo, waitlist, onboarding, support, and transactional email flows.
  • Process payments and subscription-related communications.
  • Analyze performance, reliability, and feature usage so we can improve the service.
  • Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect MITPO, our users, and third parties.

4. AI Features and Customer Content

MITPO uses AI features to generate, summarize, transform, and analyze content. To provide those features, we may send prompts, files, instructions, and selected workspace context to third-party model, infrastructure, storage, and security providers acting on our behalf.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content to MITPO. You should not upload highly sensitive information unless you have decided that such use is appropriate for your own risk posture.

MITPO does not sell customer content. If we materially change how customer content is used beyond delivering, securing, or improving the service, we will update this policy and take any additional steps required by law.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only where needed to run the service, comply with law, or protect users and MITPO.

  • Service providers that support hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, security, email delivery, payments, and customer support.
  • AI and model providers that process requests needed to deliver MITPO features.
  • Integration partners you choose to connect to your account.
  • Professional advisers, insurers, auditors, acquirers, or corporate transaction counterparties where reasonably necessary.
  • Regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Security Signals

We use cookies and similar technologies for session handling, authentication, preferences, analytics, product reliability, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.

Some security tools may collect browser, device, and network signals to distinguish legitimate users from abuse. If you disable certain cookies or scripts, some features may not work correctly.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for different periods depending on the type of data, the purpose for which we collected it, legal requirements, security needs, and backup or dispute-resolution needs.

In general, we keep account and workspace information while your account is active, keep billing and support information as reasonably necessary for business and legal purposes, and keep security and abuse-prevention logs for shorter operational periods unless a longer retention period is needed for investigation or legal compliance.

8. International Processing

MITPO and some of our providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we take reasonable steps intended to support lawful cross-border transfers.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to particular processing activities.

You may also have rights relating to marketing communications, complaint processes, or the handling of non-essential cookies where applicable. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights provided by law.

  • You can update certain account information inside the product.
  • You can request account deletion or data access through support.
  • You can unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails using the link in those emails.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No system is perfectly secure, and you should also use strong account security practices on your side.

11. Children

MITPO is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may also provide additional notice inside the product or by email where appropriate.
