By accessing or using MITPO, you agree to these Terms and any policies or guidelines incorporated by reference. If you use MITPO on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use MITPO. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date. You may not share accounts in a way that violates your subscription terms or compromises security.

MITPO provides marketing software and AI-assisted features, including strategy support, campaign planning, competitor analysis, persona generation, and automation workflows. Features may change over time, including during beta or preview periods.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary for product development, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to provide current and valid billing information. Fees are charged on the billing cycle presented at checkout until you cancel, unless a different written agreement applies.

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing from time to time. If a recurring price changes, we will provide advance notice before the change applies to a renewal period.

You retain rights in the content, data, files, prompts, and materials you submit to MITPO. You grant MITPO and its service providers a limited right to host, store, process, transmit, and use that content as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You represent that you have all rights needed to submit your content and that doing so does not violate law, contract, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or the rights of any third party.

MITPO includes AI-generated and AI-assisted outputs. Those outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or otherwise unsuitable for your use case.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them. You must not treat output as a sole source of truth or as a substitute for legal, medical, financial, employment, compliance, or other professional advice.

You may not misuse MITPO, interfere with the service, or use it to violate law or the rights of others.

• Use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Upload content you do not have rights to use.
• Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, access restrictions, or account boundaries.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or materially copy the service except as allowed by law.
• Use the service to generate or distribute malware, spam, harassment, or harmful content.
• Use MITPO outputs in a way that violates applicable advertising, privacy, consumer protection, or platform rules.

MITPO may rely on third-party hosting, model, analytics, payment, communications, and integration providers. Your use of third-party integrations may also be subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy notices.

We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or websites that MITPO links to or connects with.

Some features may be labeled beta, preview, early access, or similar. Those features may be incomplete, change materially, or be withdrawn at any time. They may have reduced support and may not be suitable for production use.

MITPO and its licensors own the service, software, interfaces, branding, and related intellectual property, excluding customer content.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

You may stop using MITPO at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay fees when due, or use the service in a way that could harm MITPO, our users, or third parties.

We may also suspend access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security incidents, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MITPO is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MITPO and its affiliates, licensors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MITPO’s aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid MITPO for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MITPO and its affiliates, officers, team members, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice through the product or by email. Your continued use of MITPO after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
